HopscotchED is a MOBILE education and occupational therapy service. We visit you at home, school, community or early childhood settings. 

​

We are based in Heidelberg, Victoria. Most of our services are within our local community however, we do have some capacity to travel and can organise tele-health services for regional and remote communities. 

 

Our services include but are not limited to: ​​​

• Referral and 'Triage' service - reviewing developmental and academic progress and determining if additional support by allied health professionals is necessary (eg. speech pathologist).

• Academic assessments and reports for primary and secondary school aged children

• Disability Inclusion Planning and advice, including Individualised Learning Plans (ILPs) and assessment reports.

• School readiness consultation, early learning developmental screening and assessments

• 8-10 week Individualised Occupational Therapy and Learning Intervention programs delivered in consultation with class teachers

• Learning behaviour support, advice and resources

• Creation of personalised home learning resources for parents and carers

• Advocacy service including attending Program Support Group/ Individualised Learning Plan meetings

• Teacher mentoring

• Professional development seminars for educators 

• Teacher mentoring 

• Team support for inclusion planning
